Who Can Play
You must be at least 18 years old to open an EVO33 account, and you are responsible for making sure that online gaming is permitted for you where you live. Each person may hold only one account, and the details you register with must be accurate and your own.
We may ask for proof of identity, age and address at any time. If we cannot verify your details, we may restrict or close the account.
Your Account and Balance
EVO33 accounts are held in NPR. The minimum deposit is 500 NPR. You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for all activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed it.
Funds you deposit should come from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits from third parties may be refused or returned.
Bonuses and Promotions
The welcome offer is a 150% slot bonus up to 20,000 NPR. All bonuses, including the welcome offer and seasonal promotions, are subject to their own terms, such as wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active and expiry dates. These are shown on the promotions page and apply alongside these general terms.
We may withhold bonuses or related winnings if we find evidence of bonus abuse, such as multiple accounts, coordinated play or breaking the bonus rules.
Withdrawals
You can request a withdrawal of your available cash balance once any active bonus conditions have been met. Withdrawals are normally returned through a method you have used to deposit, where possible. Account verification must be complete before a withdrawal is paid.
Processing times depend on the checks required and the payment method. Current limits and timings are shown in the cashier.
Fair Play and Sports Betting
Using software, bots, or any method to manipulate games or odds is not allowed. Sports bets are settled according to the official result and the market rules shown on the sportsbook, including rules for abandoned or shortened matches. If an obvious error is made in odds or results, we may correct the affected bets.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can close your own account at any time by contacting support.
